When you go on vacation, your dog stays at the Franklin Park facility with Ray on site. This isn't a kennel run by a teenager. Ray is Pet CPR and First Aid certified, and your dog is supervised the whole time. Sleep schedule, meal schedule, exercise schedule. The same routine your dog already knows.
Daycare is the same idea on a shorter clock. Drop off in the morning, pick up after work. Your dog gets exercise, supervised time with other dogs that have been temperament matched, and structured downtime. They come home tired in a good way, not amped up and overstimulated.
