These Terms of Service govern your use of https://dogroar.com and the services provided by Dog Roar ("Dog Roar"). By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Dog Roar provides dog training, boarding, daycare, grooming, walking, and dog taxi services. All services are by appointment only and start with a one-on-one consultation. We reserve the right to decline service to any dog whose needs are outside our scope.
Bookings, fees, and cancellations
Specific fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies for each program are confirmed during your consultation and at the time of booking. Please contact us for current pricing.
Owner responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your dog's history, health, and behavior, including any history of aggression or bite incidents. You must provide proof of current vaccinations and a healthy, parasite-free dog before any boarding, daycare, or group session. Honest disclosure keeps every dog and every handler safe.
Health and safety
Our team includes Dog CPR and First Aid certified handlers. In the event of a medical situation while your dog is in our care, we will use reasonable judgment to seek veterinary care, contact you as quickly as possible, and act in your dog's best interest. You are responsible for any veterinary costs that arise.

Limits of liability
Dog training involves dogs, environments, and humans. While we use professional judgment, training, and standard handling protocols, no trainer can guarantee specific behavioral outcomes in every situation. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Photos and media
We may take photos or short videos of your dog during sessions for our records and, occasionally, for use on our website or social media. If you do not want your dog featured publicly, just tell us and we will keep their photos private.
Website use
You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the content on this website without permission. The Dog Roar name, logo, the R.O.A.R. Method™, and the R.O.A.R.ing Guarantee™ are protected elements of our brand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
